My contributions:

• Instrumental in the formalization of IBM iX BR design studio, 2021, conducted interviews, increased from 5 to 24 designers.

• Co-led the studio, developed studio operations, process, and structure, established the iX Craft Committee.

• Maintained relationship with Hybrid Cloud Services partner in bi-weekly meetings to staff designers on 6 contracts in 2024.

• Led knowledge-sharing weekly studio connects, and bi-weekly studio planning meetings to align with BR CIC business priority.

• Directed iX Craft Committee in IBM AI strategy, 3 designers won IBM Ai Early Adoption Award in 2024.

• Coached 11 down-line reports on project and performance reflections, and career conversations, 8 down-line achieved promotions..

• Taught projects on illustration and animation.

• Organized studio community give back, design consultations with Louisiana State University (LSU) computer science students.
