Designed a new system facilitating the migration of California Medicaid, Medical providers, submitters, and drug manufacturers to the DHCS Provider Portal. Ensured a smooth transition and enhanced user experience throughout the process.

Directed and delivered UX design efforts for two development squads, averaging 12 - 15 team members per squad.
Evaluated and prioritized design work in Program Increment (PI) Planning, refined problem statements, evaluated epics, wrote design stories and acceptance criteria.
Led stakeholder Enterprise Design Thinking workshops, design reviews and showcases.
Developed and implemented a design system based on the State of California CAMMIS style guide.
Wrote UI helper text, alert banners, notifications and emails, documented logic and business requirements.
Collaborated with the design team and development team to maintain alignment and consistency in design system roll-out.
Designed low and high-fidelity wire frames, Created design components in Figma.
Created Minimum Viable Products (MVP’s), road maps, user journeys, user stories, flow maps and defined features.
