Led visual design team delivering content and strategy for, CA, the IBM Consulting six-week blended learning experience currently for Bands 7 - 9. This learning experience is an essential step in band promotions, equips practitioners with the professional life skills needed to support business and career growth, drive consistency in how we deliver to clients, and provides the soft skills professionals need to fit in anywhere.

My contributions:

• Led team of 3 visual designer

• Developed graphic assets, illustrations, animations, videos, typographical solutions, and presentation materials.

• Maintained and updated the Consulting Academy style guide and branding in compliance with IBM Consulting, and CA branding standards.

• Designed, developed, and deployed CA W3 Publisher geography sites for global regions.

• Created CA graphic-branded assets and managed the media repository for CA branded graphic assets.

• Worked closely with product owners and LED for content development and site deployment.

• Aided in skills knowledge transfer for CA branded graphic assets.
